How much experience does Ax3Studios have?

The Ax3 Studios leadership has a combined 25++ years of experience. We don't want to age our selves but let's just say that our CEO has been working in production since she was 13.

How do you handle unexpected challenges during an event?

We plan for them. It is our goal with every event to have a plan A, B and C for all the knowable contingencies, so that when the unforseeable happens we are ready. This is where our experience really shines through.

Can you work within my budget?

Yes. We work within a range of budgets, keeping your strategic goals in mind and can get very creative when needed.

Not only this, but we pride our selves on transparent budget tracking. You will always know where you are in your budget with no surprises!

Do you have preferred vendors or partners?

We have a collection of trusted vendors, partners and freelancers globaly. If you have a favorite vendor, we are happy to work with them too and add them to our roster.

How do you manage deadlines and timelines?

Events are all about deadlines and timelines. We are scheduling and logistics masters. Using a host of tools like ASANA, Google Docs and Google calender we keep everyone on track and pulling in the same direction.

How do you measure the success of an event?

Your success is our success. Whatever your strategic goals are, if we meet them, then for us, the event was a success.
